Appointment Policies

Scheduled surgery appointments are available Monday – Friday.
Routine appointments are available 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday – Friday
Sick appointments are available 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday
To help you plan: the appointment times average 30 minutes up to 1 hour from check-in to check out.
Please arrive a few minutes early to get checked in. If you are late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule.

Payment Policies

Full payment is due at the time services are rendered.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, and Cash. We do not accept checks.
Applying for Care Credit is a veterinary financing option. See below.

Here at Burch Creek, we accept CareCredit which provides veterinary financing from routine appointments, emergency surgery, and everything in between!

CareCredit gives pet owners the peace of mind needed to care for pets big and small.

We now accept payment at the time of service from the CareCredit app.

AllyDVM Pet Page

Pet Page is a secure personal health page for your pet that gives you direct access to your pet’s health records 24/7. We’re happy to provide AllyDVM’s Pet Page to all our current clients who have an active email address at the practice.
