Our Lead Veterinary Technicians:

Debra started as one of our veterinarian technicians in September 2004, and has worked her way to the top. She is now our lead veterinary technician.

She married her best friend in October of 1999, and is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters who have taken after her deep love for animals. Debra is our clinic's Dr. Doolittle and has many critters of her own. Two dogs (Dino and Ashes), two gekos, one cat, and one snake are just a few that rely on her compassionate nature and big heart.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time hiking with her family, camping, sight seeing, and making crafts of any kind.

Debra loves all the animals that come into the clinic, and enjoys helping owners understand any procedures or recommendations that we as a staff offer. She loves working alongside the doctors and staff. She says "together we make a great team and a great hospital."

What do Kellogs cereal, Robin Williams, and Samantha all have in common??? They all came from the Great Lakes state of Michigan.

Samantha Started as a veterinary assistant at Animal Medical Center in Marquette, MI where she was eager to learn all she could and to sharpen her skills in the veterinary field. She thrives with our in-house and hospitalized patients and has amazing client communications skills.

When she is not at work Samantha loves being in the great outdoors and being one with nature. She loves blazing new trails and seeks out adventures with Tucker. Samantha also loves to snowboard when the white stuff hits the ground.
